I thought that this was a compliment to your NYC piece. Although they are both very different, they work well together giving us more insight into your life.
I think the Salvation Army does the frontdoor/backdoor thing because it helps the employees distinguish between customers and donors. Especially since a lot of times the donors will come in with big boxes of stuff and the goods have to be sorted and prepared first. Just a guess, I'm only a Lieutenant in the Salvation Army, so I'm not exactly privy to that sort of information.
By the way all--My search for the sweater continued today, for another 5 hours, and 80 miles worth of gas. We still did not find it. It appears our victim was not only a murder victim, but as well...a fashion victim.
have you found the sweater yet? What kind of sweater do you need?? I would love searching for items like that, take it as a scavenger hunt! Reward yourself with an ice coffee when you get one!! :)

ReplyDeleteWhile the NYC post was very big picture - this is all about the details, hour by hour, search for just the right sweater. Very interesting contrast.
